Digital Products – No Refunds
ColorUncover sells digital products only, including SVG files and other downloadable digital assets. No physical items are shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and access to the download has been granted, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Why Refunds Are Not Offered
Digital files cannot be “returned” once delivered. After download, files can be copied, stored, or used indefinitely, making refunds impractical.
By completing a purchase on ColorUncover, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:
- The file is corrupted or technically defective and
- We are unable to provide a working replacement file
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Purchases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Accidental purchases
- Incorrect file selection
- Incompatibility with your software or devices
- Failure to read product descriptions or license terms
