Complete terms

ColorUncover Free SVG Licence 1.0

This licence applies only to original free SVG resources clearly labelled “ColorUncover Free SVG Licence 1.0.” The files are licensed, not sold.

1. Permission granted

ColorUncover grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free permission to use a labelled resource for personal projects and to create physical end products for sale, subject to all terms below.

2. Commercial quantity limit

You may produce and sell up to 500 physical end products per design. The limit is cumulative and includes every color, size, format, and modified version of the same underlying design. Contact ColorUncover before exceeding this limit.

3. Allowed modifications

You may resize, recolor, combine, or otherwise modify a design for an allowed finished product. Modification does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork and does not permit distribution of the modified source file.

4. Source files and redistribution

You may not sell, share, gift, sublicense, upload, or redistribute any supplied SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS, PDF, ZIP, converted file, or modified source file. You may not include files in bundles, memberships, shared drives, asset libraries, templates, software, or downloadable collections.

5. Digital products

You may not sell or distribute digital end products containing the design, whether editable, flattened, converted, or otherwise. You may not make the design available in a form that another person can extract or reuse.

6. Print-on-demand and fulfilment

Print-on-demand, upload-to-manufacturer, and made-to-order marketplace fulfilment are not included. Obtain separate written permission before uploading a design to any third-party production or fulfilment service.

7. Ownership, trademarks, and attribution

Copyright and all rights not expressly granted remain with ColorUncover or the identified rights holder. You may not claim authorship or exclusive ownership, or register the design or a confusingly similar version as a trademark, service mark, or other exclusive identifier. Attribution is appreciated but not required.

8. AI, datasets, and automated libraries

You may not use the files for artificial-intelligence or machine-learning training, dataset inclusion, model evaluation, or automated asset-library ingestion.

9. Unacceptable uses

You may not use the files for unlawful, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes, or in any way that infringes another person’s rights.

10. Termination

Your permission ends if you breach these terms. You must stop using the files and remove unlawfully shared copies. You may contact ColorUncover to request written reinstatement or extended permission.

11. No warranty and limitation

Files are provided as-is, without a promise that they are suitable for every machine, material, software version, or project. To the extent allowed by applicable law, ColorUncover is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the files. Nothing here limits a right that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

12. Licence versions

Permissions already granted under this version will not be silently replaced by a later version. A later licence applies only where a resource is clearly labelled with that later version.
